Tekken

Tekken is a 3D fighting game developed and published by Namco, bringing its arcade roster of 17 characters to PlayStation owners across the PAL region from 1995. This Platinum reissue, released on 1 March 1997, represents the budget re-release tier that made the game more widely accessible after its successful original run. It is presented in the smaller Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case format, which distinguishes it clearly from the original full jewel releases. The case carries a hologram, consistent with this later pressing. Distribution covered the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands, with the disc and documentation presented in English. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included with this variant. The Platinum label and compact case format make this an easy variant to identify on sight.
