Xevious 3D-G+ is a scrolling shooter developed and published by Namco, bringing the iconic Xevious arcade franchise into three dimensions on the PlayStation. It represents Namco’s effort to modernise one of their flagship arcade properties for 1990s home console audiences.
This UK Original release carries serial SCES-00736 with its own distinct EAN barcode, separate from the continental groupings. It comes in the Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a single English-language disc. Released on 15 August 1997, it is one of three PAL variants. The UK pressing is the most naturally encountered version for British collectors and forms the natural starting point when assembling the PAL variant set for this title. The distinctive Mini Jewel Black Bordered case format gives the packaging an appealing compact look compared to standard Full Jewel releases.
