X-COM: Enemy Unknown

X-COM: Enemy Unknown is a science fiction strategy game developed by Mythos Games and published by MicroProse, combining covert base management with intense turn-based tactical combat against alien invaders. This original PAL pressing, released on 15 November 1995, is the Italian market edition, carrying its own EAN barcode distinct from the other four national pressings.

Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, the release contains a single disc with English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish language support. Documented loose paperwork includes the MicroProse Registration Card. A round white case sticker with press review scores from Sony Pro and similar publications is also present. No bundled demo was included.

The Italian pressing is one of five national originals in the X-COM: Enemy Unknown PAL set, and collectors need all five individually barcoded editions to document the complete distribution picture for this title.
