WCW Mayhem is a professional wrestling game developed by Kodiak Interactive Software Studios and published by Electronic Arts, based on the American World Championship Wrestling promotion and the first WCW title produced by EA. This original release is dated 22nd December 1999, on a single disc inside a Full Jewel PAL case with English language support and EAN 5030930021627 under serial SLES-02193. Hologram type is not yet documented to letter level, and country grouping is currently undocumented. The English language only master and Christmas 1999 release window suggest UK led distribution within EA’s standard late nineties European rollout pattern. As the only catalogued PAL variant of the title at present, this entry is a priority for further research, and confirmed packaging photographs and country specific barcode data would meaningfully refine the record for collectors tracking the short lived EA WCW publishing arrangement.
