Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat is a real-time tactics game developed and published by Mindscape, casting players as the commander of a Warhammer Fantasy mercenary force caught up in a Skaven conspiracy. This is the UK market Original pressing, released on 15 December 1996.

Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, the release contains a single disc with English, French, and German language support. Documented loose paperwork includes the Mindscape Yellow Burgess Hill Registration card. No case stickers or bundled demo were included.

The UK edition carries its own EAN barcode and is the most readily accessible of the three territorial pressings for UK-based collectors. Complete examples with the yellow Burgess Hill registration card intact are the preferred find for those building a full set.
