Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds is a vehicular combat third-person shooter developed by Pixelogix and published by GT Interactive Software, inspired by Jeff Wayne’s 1978 musical adaptation of H.G. Wells’ novel and released exclusively in Europe for the PlayStation.

This is the Spanish original release dated 19 November 1999, presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case. The single-disc release is in English only. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are documented. Five PAL variants are catalogued for this title in total, each issued to a specific European territory with its own EAN barcode. This Spanish pressing carries a distinct barcode identifying it as the Spanish market edition. As a PAL-exclusive game, all country variants are of interest to collectors of region-specific titles, and the Spanish edition is among the less frequently seen outside Spain.
