Viva Football is an association football game developed by Crimson Studio and published by Virgin Interactive, released for the PlayStation and Windows in 1998. The game is known internationally under several alternative titles including Viva Soccer (North America) and Absolute Football (France).
This UK Original release carries serial SLES-00761 with its own distinct EAN barcode. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc supporting English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Released on 15 September 1998, it is one of five PAL variants. The UK pressing is the most naturally encountered version in British collections and forms the standard starting point for collectors. As a Virgin Interactive football title from 1998, complete UK copies are moderatley easy to source.
