This is the sole catalogued PAL variant for the title, an original release dated 27 September 1996, distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. It is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case. The single-disc release supports English, French, and German. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are documented. As the only known physical PAL release of Virtual Golf, this pressing represents the title’s entire European retail presence in a single variant. Published independently by Core Design during the same period they were managing the Tomb Raider franchise, this edition is of interest to collectors tracing the full breadth of Core Design’s PlayStation output.
