V-Rally: 97 Championship Edition is a rally racing game developed and published by Infogrames, and a long-running favourite among PAL PlayStation owners.
This is the Value Series Best of Infogrames edition, listed under serial SLES-00250#2. It covers Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, the UK, France, Germany, Sweden and Norway, with English, French and German language options. The release is a single disc in a Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram B, and the EAN barcode is 3546430009710.
It sits at the budget end of the V-Rally run, representing the Value Series branding Infogrames applied to its Best Of range. The serial and barcode match the plain Best Of Infogrames edition, so the distinguishing feature is the Value Series labelling on the packaging. A release date has not been recorded, so its place in the timeline remains to be confirmed through further research.
