Twisted Metal

Twisted Metal is a vehicular combat game developed by Sony Interactive Studios America and SingleTrac, published by Sony Computer Entertainment and released in PAL territories on 10 January 1996. Players select from twelve armed vehicles and battle through a series of arena-based encounters, ultimately facing the mysterious Calypso for a chance to have any wish granted. This original PAL pressing covers the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

Presented in a Multiway Jewel Two Disk case with no hologram on the case, the release contains a single English-language disc. No loose paperwork or case stickers are documented, and no bundled demo was included.

As the sole PAL variant of Twisted Metal, this wide European pressing is the only collector target for the game. The Multiway Two Disk case for a single-disc game is a packaging characteristic worth noting.
