Tomb Raider II: Starring Lara Croft

Tomb Raider II is an action-adventure game developed by Core Design and published by Eidos Interactive, one of the defining titles of the original PlayStation’s commercial peak. The game takes Lara Croft through an array of cinematic locations in pursuit of an ancient artefact.

This German Platinum release carries serial SLES-00720 and was distributed in Germany as a budget re-release of the German-language version. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram B on the case, and contains a single German-language disc. No release date has been recorded. The shift from Hologram A on the Original to Hologram B on the Platinum is a useful differentiator for collectors working through the German sub-set of the thirteen PAL variants. The Platinum pressing is generally more common than the Original due to its later, broader production run.
