Time Crisis

Time Crisis is a light gun shooter developed by Namco, released alongside the Guncon light gun controller as a bundled hardware-software package for the PAL market. This Special Bundle version was the disc included with the Guncon peripheral, carrying serial SCES-00657 and released on 30 November 1997. Presented in a Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a hologram on the case, the disc supports English, French, and German. Research notes confirm this is the common version from the gun bundle, with no barcode on the packaging and the text “not to be sold separately” printed on the case. One of three PAL variants catalogued, this disc was distributed at scale as part of the Guncon launch and is the version most likely encountered loose by collectors today.
