Time Crisis is a light gun shooter developed by Namco, a landmark title for the PlayStation that helped define the Guncon light gun controller’s appeal and introduced the cover mechanic to the arcade-to-console light gun genre. This is the Platinum budget reissue covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, carrying serial SCES-00657. Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case, the disc supports English, French, and German. No release date has been recorded for this pressing. One of three PAL variants catalogued, this Platinum reissue represents the wider-circulation budget version of a title with strong collector interest, and is more commonly encountered today than either the Original barcode variant or the Special Bundle version.
