Tekken

Tekken is Namco’s acclaimed 3D fighting game, ported from arcades to the PlayStation and released across Europe on 1 November 1995. This variant is particularly notable for its Cardboard case format, an unusual packaging choice used for a small number of early PlayStation titles. It was distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

The case carries no hologram and the release contains a single English-language disc. Two loose paperwork items are documented: the Namco 0001 Single Sided insert and a Thin Flyer. No case stickers or bundled demos were included.

The cardboard case format is one of the rarer packaging types seen across PAL PS1 releases, and its use for this early Namco launch title makes it a distinctive and desirable variant for collectors with a focus on physical presentation.
