Syndicate Wars Launch Release (Germany)

Syndicate Wars is an isometric real-time tactical and strategic game developed by Bullfrog Productions and published by Electronic Arts. Set ninety-five years after the original Syndicate, it casts you as a EuroCorp executive directing a squad of agents through ruthless corporate warfare.

This is the German release, issued on 17 July 1997 as an Original pressing under serial SLES-00212. It comes in a Full Jewel PAL case carrying a Hologram A, and holds a single disc. The language option is German only, which sets it apart from the multilingual releases of the same game. The EAN barcode is 5030931371967.

The PlayStation port differs from the earlier DOS version, with a new introduction cutscene, some altered levels, and new equipment unlocked in a fixed order after missions rather than through research. For collectors, this is the first-pressing German copy of a well regarded Bullfrog title.
