Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer is the 1999 Insomniac Games platformer, the second entry in the Spyro the Dragon series, published in PAL regions by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe with the subtitle exclusive to PAL territories. This is the only catalogued PAL pressing of SCES-02104, issued as an Original on a single disc supporting English, French, German, Italian and Spanish language options, dated 5 November 1999. Country of distribution, case type, hologram and EAN barcode are all currently undocumented and require physical confirmation. Given Sony’s standard pan-European release strategy for first-party platformers of this period, this is most likely a multi-territory pressing with significant later Platinum reissue history that is not yet captured in the database.
