Soviet Strike, the Apache helicopter shooter developed by Tiburon Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts, was distributed with territory-specific originals for major European markets. This German Original carries serial SLES-00509 and was released on 1 November 1996. It is a single-disc Full Jewel PAL release in German, with no hologram on the case. Germany received a dedicated serial separate from the UK and French editions, along with its own EAN barcode. Among the eight PAL variants catalogued for Soviet Strike, the German Original is the primary German first-edition retail release, subsequently followed by a German Platinum reissue under the same serial.
