Running Wild is a animal racing game developed by Blue Shift and published in Europe by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. Six bipedal animals compete in footraces across six environments, with the aim of being crowned the fastest creature on the planet. The game was produced by Universal Interactive Studios, who also oversaw Crash Bandicoot and Spyro for Sony.
This is the French Original release, serial SCES-01630, dated 26 March 1999. It ships in a Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram A on the case, with one disc and English as the only language. The EAN barcode is 0711719767022, the detail that tells it apart from the German, Scandinavian and Southern European pressings sharing the same serial.
One of five PAL variants catalogued for the game, it is the pressing intended for the French market and a natural pick for collectors completing a country set.
