Running Wild Launch Release (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands)

Running Wild is a racing game developed by Blue Shift and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, in which six animal racers compete across a range of environments. This variant is the Central European Original release, serial SCES-01630, covering France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

It comes in a Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc and a Hologram A. The language is English only. The EAN barcode is 0711719767220, and the release date is recorded as 26 March 1999.

This is one of five PAL variants catalogued for the game, all of which share the same serial. The barcode is therefore the main way to confirm that a copy belongs to this multi-country pressing and not to one of the single-country or Scandinavian editions. A good example for collectors interested in how Sony grouped European markets on a single release.
