Risk is a turn-based strategy video game developed by Runecraft and published by Hasbro Interactive, bringing the iconic board game of global conquest to the PlayStation with animated presentation and both Classic and Ultimate rule variants.
This multi-territory Original release carries serial SLES-00707 and was distributed across the UK, France, and Spain. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram B on the case, and contains a single disc supporting English, French, German, and Spanish. Released on 12 December 1997, it is one of two PAL variants catalogued. The UK, France, and Spain grouping is somewhat unusual in that Germany, while absent from the territory listing, also carries the same serial in a separately barcoded pressing. This version is the most naturally encountered in UK and French collections.
