Ridge Racer

Ridge Racer, the 1993 Namco arcade racer ported to the PlayStation, was a defining launch title published in PAL territories by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. This is the UK-specific Reprint, presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with Hologram B on the case and a single English-language disc inside. Both the EAN barcode and the release date are currently undocumented for this pressing. The UK Reprint sits alongside the German, French and broader European Reprints in the catalogue, and is most readily identified by UK-specific printed matter. As one of the later production runs of an early launch title, this variant is most relevant to collectors documenting the long retail tail of SCES-00001 and the evolution of the UK PlayStation print line.
