Ridge Racer

Ridge Racer is Namco’s acclaimed arcade racing game, ported to the PlayStation as a launch title and widely considered one of the system’s defining early releases. This variant is the original PAL release, dated 29 September 1995, and was distributed across a broad range of European territories including the UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram, the release contains a single disc and is in English only. Two loose paperwork items are documented with this variant: the Namco 0001 Single Sided insert and a Thin Flyer. No case stickers are recorded, and no bundled demos were included.

With its wide European distribution and status as a day-one PlayStation launch title, this original pressing remains a popular piece for collectors building complete regional sets or focused PAL launch libraries.
