Ray Tracers

Ray Tracers is an arcade-style vehicular combat racing game developed by Taito Corporation and published in Europe by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. Players race at high speed across futuristic city circuits as part of the vigilante Ray Tracers team, battling the armed gang Black Kaiser using combat moves and nitro boosts.

This combined continental Original release carries serial SCES-00741 and was distributed across France and Germany. It comes in the Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a single English-language disc. Released on 10 September 1997, it is one of three PAL variants. France and Germany were grouped together here under a shared EAN barcode rather than receiving dedicated pressings, a common approach for Sony CEE’s mid-tier titles distributed to those markets in this period.
