Ray Tracers is an arcade-style vehicular combat game developed by Taito Corporation and published in Europe by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. The game follows the Ray Tracers team as they pursue the armed racing gang Black Kaiser through futuristic city environments at speeds exceeding 150 mph.
This combined southern European Original release carries serial SCES-00741 and was distributed across Italy and the Netherlands. It comes in the Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a single English-language disc. Released on 10 September 1997, it is one of three PAL variants. The Italy and Netherlands pairing is an unusual territory grouping, and this pressing is the least commonly encountered of the three Ray Tracers variants in northern European collections, making it a modestly harder find for completionists.
