Rally Cross 2 is a racing game developed by Idol Minds and published by 989 Studios, released in Europe through Sony Computer Entertainment. As the 1997 original’s sequel, it offers eight off-road tracks, ten vehicles and a 3D engine that shows damage and mud on your car or truck.
This is the German Original release, serial SCES-01631, dated 10 November 1998. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case with one disc, and the language is English only. The EAN barcode is 0711719771623, the key identifier separating this dedicated German pressing from the shared Central European release and the other single-country copies.
It is one of four PAL variants catalogued for Rally Cross 2. Collectors working through country sets will want this one specifically, since the barcode is the only reliable way to confirm it against its siblings when the cases are otherwise so alike.
