Philosoma is a vertical scrolling shooter developed by G-Artists and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, one of the earlier PlayStation titles in the PAL market. Players navigate 18 stages of space combat with upgradeable weapon systems. This original PAL pressing, released on 1 March 1996, covers the UK, France, and Germany as a combined three-territory edition.
Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, the release contains a single disc with English, French, and German language support. No loose paperwork or case stickers are documented for this variant, and no bundled demo was included.
As the sole PAL variant of Philosoma, this pressing is the only collector target for the game. The Sony first-party publishing and early release window make it a natural addition for those building a comprehensive early PAL PlayStation set.
