PGA Tour 96 is a golf simulation developed by Hitmen Productions and published by EA Sports, covering the 1995 PGA Tour season with professional players and a caddy-driven club selection system. This Platinum re-release, dated 1 May 1997, was distributed across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with Hologram A on the case, the release contains a single English-language disc. No loose paperwork or case stickers are documented for this variant, and no bundled demo was included.
The Hologram A on the case distinguishes this Platinum from the hologram-free originals, and as the budget re-release edition it is typically the most readily encountered PGA Tour 96 pressing in the UK market.
