Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee

Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee is a platform puzzle game developed by Oddworld Inhabitants and published by GT Interactive Software, one of the most celebrated titles of the original PlayStation generation. Abe must escape enslavement and rescue his fellow Mudokons from a factory intent on using them as an ingredient in a new food product.

This German Platinum release carries serial SLES-00839 and was distributed in Germany as a budget re-release of the German-language version. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram A on the case, and contains a single German-language disc. No release date has been recorded. The Hologram A is shared with the Original German pressing, making the Platinum branding on the case the primary differentiator between the two. This is one of twelve PAL variants catalogued for Abe’s Oddysee, and the German Platinum represents the more accessible budget-tier version of the German-language release.
