Ninja: Shadow of Darkness

Ninja: Shadow of Darkness is an action beat ’em up platformer developed by Core Design and published by Eidos Interactive. Players control the young ninja Kurosawa through a series of Feudal Japanese environments, collecting weapons and power-ups while confronting large end-of-level bosses.

This combined southern European Original release carries serial SLES-00756 and was distributed across Italy and Spain. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram B on the case, and contains a single disc in Italian and Spanish. Released on 30 September 1998, it is one of four PAL variants, each carrying a distinct serial indicating genuine language localisation. The Italian and Spanish combined pressing is the least commonly encountered of the four variants in northern European collections and represents the specifically localised version for those markets.
