The cover features John Vanbiesbrouck of the Florida Panthers. This UK Original release carries serial SLES-00492 and was released on 10 November 1996. It is a single-disc Full Jewel PAL release in English, with no hologram on the case. Two PAL variants are catalogued in total, with this UK pressing carrying its own serial separate from the German edition.
