Namco Museum Vol. 4 is an arcade compilation published by Namco, collecting six titles in the virtual museum format: Pac-Land, The Return of Ishtar, The Genji and the Heike Clans, Assault, the hidden Assault Plus, and Ordyne. The series was a flagship product for Namco on the original PlayStation.
This UK Original release carries serial SCES-00701 with its own distinct EAN barcode. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case, and contains a single English-language disc. Released on 1 August 1997, it is one of three PAL variants catalogued. The UK pressing is the most comonly encountered version in British collections and represents the straightforward route for UK-based collectors seeking this volume. Complete, well-preserved examples are moderately easy to find compared to some other Namco Museum volumes.
