Micro Machines V3 is a miniature-scale racing game developed by Codemasters, the first in the series to place its diminutive vehicles in a fully 3D environment. This is the Italian market Original pressing, released on 15 March 1997, presented in a Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with no hologram on the case.

The release contains a single disc with English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish language support. Documented loose paperwork includes the Manual Registration Card for Micro Machines V3. A round gold case sticker with press review scores from publications including C&VG is also present. No bundled demo was included.

The Italian original is one of five country-specific Mini Jewel original pressings in the Micro Machines V3 PAL lineup. Each carries its own EAN barcode, and together they form a satisfying sub-set for dedicated collectors of regional PS1 variants.
