Micro Machines V3

Micro Machines V3 is a miniature-scale racing game developed by Codemasters, the first entry in the series to feature 3D environments, originally released in 1997. This is the German market Platinum re-release, dated 1 February 1998, presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case.

The release contains a single disc with English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish language support. Documented loose paperwork includes the Manual Registration Card for Micro Machines V3. A round silver case sticker featuring press review scores is also present on this variant, distinguishing it from the round gold sticker found on the original pressings. No bundled demo was included.

The switch from Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL to Full Jewel PAL between the original and Platinum, combined with the change from gold to silver sticker, provides clear physical identifiers for collectors differentiating between the two German editions.
