Loaded is a science fiction top-down shooter developed by Gremlin Interactive, featuring six violent and eccentric characters battling to stop the villain F.U.B. This original PAL pressing was released on 10 February 1996 and distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

Presented in a Multiway Jewel Two Disk case with no hologram on the case, this single-disc release supports English, French, and German. Three items of loose paperwork are documented: the Gremlin PWEI Play It registration card, the Gremlin PWEI Play It Yellow text Black leaflet, and a PWEI leaflet. No case stickers or bundled demo was included. Research notes confirm the Multiway case housed dual manuals covering English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch in one booklet, and Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish in another.

The extensive multi-language manual arrangement is a notable packaging feature of this original pressing.
