Le Mans 24 Hours Launch Release (UK)

Le Mans 24 Hours is a racing game developed by Eutechnyx and published by Infogrames, based on the famous endurance race held in France, in which players can take on the full 24 hours of the event.

This is the UK Original release, issued on 25 August 2000 under serial SLES-01362. It comes in a standard Full Jewel PAL case and carries a Hologram B on the case. The single disc offers a broad multilingual selection covering English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, which is generous for a UK release and reflects the shared European nature of the software. The EAN barcode is 5013156900532.

As the first pressing, this is the baseline against which the later budget re-releases of the game are compared. It is the natural starting point for collectors building a complete run of Le Mans 24 Hours variants.
