Jade Cocoon: Story of the Tamamayu is the Genki developed RPG and monster capture hybrid published in PAL territories by Crave Entertainment, with Studio Ghibli alumnus Katsuya Kondo bringing distinctive character design to the title’s visual identity. This is the dedicated Italian market original release, dated 30th November 1998, on a single disc inside a Full Jewel PAL case carrying Hologram B authentication on the case, with Italian language support and EAN 4036636010256 under dedicated serial SLES-02206. The dedicated Italian serial isolates this pressing from the parallel UK, French, German, and Spanish single language SKUs across the wider Jade Cocoon PAL family. Italian original copies are scarce in collector circles given the relatively limited Italian late nineties RPG distribution, and confirmed clean Hologram B intact copies are a particularly strong target for collectors building country complete cult RPG sets.
