Jade Cocoon: Story of the Tamamayu is the Genki developed RPG plus monster capture hybrid published in PAL territories by Crave Entertainment, characterised by Studio Ghibli alumnus Katsuya Kondo’s character design and a unique fusion of traditional RPG and virtual pet mechanics. This is the dedicated Spanish market original release, dated 30th November 1998, on a single disc inside a Full Jewel PAL case carrying Hologram B authentication on the case, with Spanish language support and EAN 4036636010249 under dedicated serial SLES-02205. The dedicated Spanish serial isolates this pressing from the parallel UK, French, German, and Italian single language SKUs across the wider Jade Cocoon PAL family. Spanish original copies are particularly scarce in collector circles given the relatively limited late nineties Iberian RPG distribution, making confirmed clean Hologram B intact copies a strong target for country complete RPG focused collectors.
