Iznogoud is a platform game developed and published by Microids, adapting the beloved Franco-Belgian comic series in which the scheming Grand Vizier Iznogoud plots endlessly to replace the Caliph of Baghdad. The game takes place across colourful side-scrolling levels with jumping, dodging, and weapon combat, on a timer that adds urgency to each stage. This Original release carries serial SLES-00480 and was released on 10 June 1998, covering the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy. It is a single-disc Full Jewel PAL release with language support across Dutch, English, French, German, and Italian, with a Hologram A on the case. As the sole catalogued PAL variant, this multi-country pressing is the definitive physical release for the title in the region.
