Impact Racing

Impact Racing is a combat racing game developed by Funcom Dublin and published by JVC, combining circuit racing with on-track destruction across twelve courses, with five selectable vehicles and a range of collectible weapons including heatseakers, mines, and smart bombs.

This is the sole catalogued PAL variant for the title, an original release dated 10 July 1996, distributed across the UK, France, and Germany. It is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case. The single-disc release is in English only. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are documented. As the only known physical PAL release of Impact Racing, this pressing represents the entirety of the game’s European retail presence. JVC published only a small number of PS1 titles in the PAL region, making this a niche but noteworthy entry for collectors interested in less prominent publishers from the era.
