Hexen

Hexen: Beyond Heretic is a first-person shooter developed by Raven Software, ported to PlayStation and published by GT Interactive Software. The game pits three playable characters against a dark fantasy world filled with undead enemies, offering non-linear progression across its levels. This is the sole PAL variant catalogued, released on 15 March 1997 under serial SLES-00555. Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram, the disc covers the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands markets in English. Loose paperwork includes a GT Yellow Registration Card. The PlayStation port was criticised for reduced frame rates and simplified visuals compared to the PC original, which collectors should note. As the only documented PAL pressing, this release represents the complete European physical footprint for the title.
