Gran Turismo 2 Launch Release (Germany)

Gran Turismo 2 is a sim racing game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, following on from the first Gran Turismo with a far larger garage of cars and tracks.

This is the German Original release, issued in a Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram B on the case. It spans two discs and offers English, French, German, Italian and Spanish language options. The release date is recorded as 28 January 2000, and the serial is SCES-02380 with an EAN barcode of 0711719878322.

Loose paperwork is recorded with this copy in the form of the Gran Turismo 2 Pit Stop Edition Flyer DE, the German-language version of the flyer. A complete copy should include it, so it is worth checking when buying. As the first-run German pressing, it is the baseline against which the later Platinum copy is compared.
