Goal Storm is a football simulation developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo and published by Konami, the first installment of what would grow into the Winning Eleven and Pro Evolution Soccer franchise. Players choose from 36 national teams across exhibition and tournament modes with a clean, well-received 3D presentation. This original PAL pressing was released on 15 January 1996 and distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands.
Presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, the release contains a single English-language disc. No loose paperwork or case stickers are documented for this variant, and no bundled demo was included.
As the sole PAL variant and the founding release of one of football gaming’s most enduring series, this pressing carries historical weight well beyond its modest physical footprint.
