Gex

Gex is a side-scrolling platformer developed by Beam Software for the PlayStation version and published by Crystal Dynamics, following Gex the television-obsessed gecko as he journeys through the Media Dimension to defeat the villain Rez. The game is known for its pop-culture humour and levels themed around classic cartoon eras, with Gex voiced by comedian Dana Gould.

This is the sole catalogued PAL variant of Gex, carrying serial SLES-00133 and released on 13 December 1995. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case containing a single disc, with no hologram on the case. The release covers the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, with English as the sole language. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included. With only one variant catalogued across the entire PAL region, this original pressing is the definitive European physical edition and represents the full extent of the game’s known PAL release landscape.
