Galaga: Destination Earth

Galaga is the King of the Jungle developed remake of the 1981 Namco fixed shooter classic, published in PAL territories by Hasbro Interactive and retaining the original tractor beam capture mechanic that defined the arcade source. This is the German market original release, dated 31st October 2000, on a single disc inside a Full Jewel PAL case carrying Hologram B authentication on the case, with English, French, German, and Italian language support and EAN 5023117570223 under shared serial SLES-02212. The dedicated German barcode separates this pressing from the parallel UK, French, and Italian SKUs sharing the same disc set under the same serial, making the EAN the primary identification step. German original copies are reasonably scarce in collector circles and represent a useful country complete catalogue reference within the wider Hasbro Interactive arcade revival programme of the period.
