Forsaken is a sci-fi first-person shooter developed by Probe Entertainment and published by Acclaim Entertainment, placing players on hover bikes in fast-paced three-dimensional combat environments. The game was released for PlayStation and Windows in 1998 and received a Nintendo 64 port the same year.
This UK Original release carries serial SLES-00745 with its own distinct EAN barcode, separate from the Scandinavian pressing that shares the same serial. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a Hologram A on the case, and contains a single English-language disc. Released on 25 April 1998, it is one of six PAL variants. The UK pressing is the most naturally encountered version in British collections and is the standard starting point for UK-focused collectors. A high-definition remaster was released in 2018, keeping interest in the original alive.
