Extreme Pinball is a pinball simulation developed by Epic MegaGames and published by Electronic Arts, originally released for MS-DOS in 1995 before being ported to PlayStation. The game offers four themed tables, including Rock Fantasy, Medieval Knights, Urban Chaos, and Monkey Mayhem, with dynamic ball physics and a dot matrix scoreboard display.
This is the sole catalogued PAL variant, carrying serial SLES-00206 and released on 5 April 1996. It is housed in a Full Jewel Black Bordered PAL case containing a single disc, with no hologram on the case. The release covers the UK, France, Germany, and Spain, with English as the sole language. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included. With only one PAL variant catalogued, this original pressing is the definitive and only known European physical edition. The black-bordered Full Jewel PAL case format is a less commonly seen packaging type in the PAL PlayStation library, giving this release a mild point of physical interest beyond its content.
