Disney-Pixar Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue! is a platform game developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Activision, based on Pixar’s 1999 sequel film. It is a colourful, family friendly adventure in which Buzz Lightyear sets out to save Woody.
This is the UK Original release, catalogued under serial SLES-02067 and dated 30 November 1999, which makes it the earliest PAL release of the game. It comes in a Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc, and the game is in English only. No EAN barcode has been recorded for this copy.
As the first UK pressing before the Platinum reprint arrived, it is the version most collectors will want if they are chasing the true original packaging. It is a sought-after title for fans of film tie-in games from the late PlayStation era.
