D is a horror-themed interactive movie developed by Warp and directed by Kenji Eno, following Laura Harris as she explores a supernatural hospital within a strict two-hour real-time limit with no save function. This original PAL pressing, released on 15 March 1996, is the main multi-territory edition covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands.
Presented in a Multiway Jewel Three Disk case with no hologram on the case, the release contains three English-language discs. A round black ‘ENGLISH VERSION’ case sticker is present on this variant. No loose paperwork or bundled demo were included.
The three-disc Multiway case, the English version sticker, and the game’s unique design approach make this one of the more unusual physical releases in the early PAL PlayStation catalogue. Collectors should note that separate French and German editions with their own serials also exist.
