Crash Bandicoot

Crash Bandicoot is a 1996 platform game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, one of the PlayStation’s most iconic titles. This particular original release is notable for its Multiway Jewel Two Disk case format, which is less common than the standard Full Jewel PAL case and makes this one of the more distinctive physical configurations of the game. It carries serial SCES-00344 and is a UK-only release on a single English-language disc, with no hologram on the case. Released on 15 November 1996, this variant also includes the Psygnosis Sony Summer Autumn 97 Software Catalogue as loose paperwork and carries a round yellow and grey ‘FREE DEMO CD’ case sticker, with the Autumn/Christmas Releases demo disc bundled inside. The Multiway Jewel format is of particular interest to packaging-focused collectors.
