Command & Conquer, the landmark real-time strategy game by Westwood Studios published in PAL territories by Virgin Interactive, was released across Europe simultaneously in early 1996 with fully localised editions for major markets. This German Original carries serial SLES-00532 and was released on 12 January 1996. It is a two-disc release in a Multiway Jewel Two Disk case without a hologram, covering Germany with German language content. Germany received its own dedicated Original serial under SLES-00532, distinct from the French SLES-00531 and the shared SLES-00530 grouping. Among the eight PAL variants catalogued, the German Original under SLES-00532 is the primary German first-edition release, later followed by a German Platinum reissue under the SLES-00530 serial.
